At Edge, we provide clients with managed timeliness, schedule baselines, game plan take-offs and an effective scope of work to ensure every staff member, sub-trade and our clients know what to expect.
PROJECT TRACKING
Knowing where you stand is important. Along with scheduled timelines, we will provide our clients with daily logging, post project punch lists, to-do's and reporting.
COMMUNICATION
Communication is key. We work to provide seamless communications between our staff, sub-trades and clients. The more information we can provide from the beginning to all parties, the smoother the project runs. We provide clients with ease through constant updates via email or call, submittals and timeline updates.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Our in-house staff and sub-trades work together to ensure the project gets completed on a timely manner with an effective use of time, budgeting and communication. We manage it all to ensure your project goes through completion stress-free.
